This place is a very solid option. The beef negamaki and the spicy pork buns were the highlights, but everything we had was very solid. Prices are more than fair, as are the portions. The service was good, the owner seems to know his returning customers which speaks to how well the business is run and good the food is. The only negative is really the restaurants decor and upkeep leaves something to be desired, but if the food is good this is something we can ignore. I would definitely return, and would probably do takeout from here as well.

Was really in the mood for Bibimbap and Cold Spicy Noodles and to my surprise they had both on the menu. Ordered takeout and everything tasted so fresh, as if we ate in the restaurant itself. One of the bar Bibimbaps I've had in Westchester County/NYC. Requested extra gochujang sauce for my bowl and I paid $4 extra which I didn't mind doing at all. But I got lucky, and they gave me 6 for the price of 2! That's how you make a customer feel special. I bet the service is exceptional then. Will definitely visit the restaurant in the coming weeks. Amazing food!

The place is modern and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ramen was tasty and abundant, flavorful without being too salty. The salad was properly dressed with a nice miso dressing and fresh crispy lettuce. The negamaki had a nice sauce and the beef flavorful wrapped around asparagus & scallions. We will happily return to try other dishes.

GoSu was the first place we stopped when we got to Tarrytown, and it turned out to be a great choice! Delicious ramen and buns, a light house sake, and a cozy yet open atmosphere with lots of windows. Would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again!

It was a slow and gloomy Wednesday afternoon and we are in the mood to try out a place that we have never been before. We are craving for some Ramen and also Korean food for dinner and a quick Yelp search yields GoSu which is located a stone throw away from Irvington Metro North Station. I have never tried a Korean-Japanese fusion style and this is worth it. We ordered a couple of miso ramen, tatsutage, shumai and bulgogi. Though not entirely faithful to its authentic recipe because its a fusion style, all of them taste good and met our tummy's craving. At that time, we were the only customers in Gosu and most of the customers who droppped by are picking up their food to go and this is a sign that business and and their food is good. This is a must place to try, the staffs are nice and although I see some boxes stockpiled partially behind the bar and exposed to customers sight overall it is still clean.

Was looking for a Korean place for lunch. We went out of our way to come and support this establishment because of the support that the owner gave to our community during COVID and otherwise. When my co-workers and I were working in our hospital during the peak of COVID, we did not have time to think about lunch. Restaurants like GoSu sent us food everyday to support us so that we could keep fighting the virus. When I saw that GoSu was doing to same for the hospitals nearby, I am grateful that Tony gave back to our community and stood together to fight COVID. We came here on an off hour for lunch. Tony and the waitress greeted us right away with their big genuine smiles. He sat us right away. We felt the great aura coming from this man immediately. The set up of the restaurant is simple and clean. The presentation of our food was pretty. The food were delicious. We had the chicken wings and ikayaki as appetizers. We had the bulgogi, spicy pork and bibimbop for our lunch. We enjoyed everything that we ordered. We will come back for their Japanese fried chicken, kaatsu, ramen and other stuff on the menu. Yes, we will drive out of our way to come and patronize this restaurant again and we do not even list Korean restaurants as our top choice.

Really good and easy spot to get a yummy bulgogi-brown rice dish and salmon teriyaki. Really delicious rice and yams. So much flavor and their warm teriyaki is so good! Even drizzled it on the bulgogi dish, which they kindly gave me after tasting my fiancé's teriyaki. Would come here again when they have galbi (they were sold out) and whenever I'm back in the area.

We arrived at this establishment with the place being empty. The restaurant does have happy hour from 3-6pm Ion Mondays, would recommend coming during that time. We came around 5:30pm and ordered a few things from the HH menu. Would recommend the pork shumai that is infused with wasabi (definitely be ready for the wasabi to kick you in the face). An order of edamame and pork buns. Pork buns were great but definitely had better. I ordered tofu ramen in spicy chicken broth, definitely not spicy but was given hot sauce on the side. The hot sauce definitely made the ramen spicer definitely ask for that. I would come here again if I was in the area.
